about

So in 1995 there was a short lived transitional version of Pod People that bridged the gap between the first version of the band that was early 90's Tumbleweed-esque stoner rock and the heavier beast it was to become later on.

This lineup featured Brad on vocals as ever, OG guitarist, maestro Paul Carey and drummer Adrian Hoyle. DD had joined on bass and JJ joined and this lineup lasted about 18 months starting with the Tumbleweed/Spiderbait show you can see the guest pass for in the extras.

The lineup recorded two demo's at local radio station studio's 2XX which was the done thing for most Canberra bands in the early to mid 90's.

Whilst rough as guts, you can hear the band evolving into heavier influences through these never before released demos.
